First + Last Day Photo Pennants

You will receive 2 pennants with each order: "First Day" and "Last Day."  Pennat flag is custom designed and laser printed onto heavy cardstock with a very slight sheen.  Pennant flags are adhered to a 12 inch wooden dowel. Ribbon tassels are affixed to dowel. Ribbon colors and style are based upon availability.
